Chamber in cooperation with the houses of local
and international specialized experience in the family business governance, reviews
a number of safe ways of the smooth
transition of family businesses and leading them to the rational governance
practices, amid some attendance of a group of the Chamber among owners of family businesses.
The
Chamber welcomes in
collaboration with one of the biggest international consulting firms (kpmg) within the
program « family business consultations », which provides free consultation sessions
throughout the year, the employees of the Chamber of family business owners, about the governance, management
of crises, solving problems, strategic planning and other topics of interest.
The
program, since its launch receives more interest by the owners of family
businesses, who are keen for the knowledge of all topics relating to the
procedures and safe mechanisms towards achieving rational governance, without their company losing
its market value, and to protect itself
from disintegration due to generational succession and protect its extended business
for long years against conflicts.
The
program aims to educate beneficiaries of the best ways to achieve success and
sustainability with family businesses as well as to avoiding mistakes that may lead to the family business
failure or threatens its future, the Chamber arranging consultation meetings that gather specialists in the fields of governance and the owners of the
family companies.
